Why train in the sim?

$70/hr

→20 sim hours count toward IFR training and lock in flows before they cost you airplane time.
→True-to-aircraft realism with weather, IMC, and emergency scenarios you can't legally practice in the airplane.
→$100/hr sim time vs. $255/hr in the DA40NG. Math is undefeated.
→Available to rated pilots for currency, IPC prep, type-rating prep — not just students.
→FAA-approved for IPC, with the exception of the circling approach and actual landing.
